Booking, arrival, stay and departure: answers to the most frequently asked questions about our accommodations in Bordighera.

Where are the accommodations located?
All our accommodations are in Bordighera. La Magnolia, Insapria and Sui Tetti are in the historic centre, the ancient fishing village of Bordighera Alta; La Quiete in Centro is a stone's throw from the railway station, about 50 metres from the sea. From the historic centre you can reach the sea in a few minutes on foot, through the pine grove overlooking the old harbour.

How can I book?
On the page of the accommodation you are interested in, fill in the availability request with your dates and the number of adults and children. You will receive an email confirming your request, followed by our offer with the price of your stay. The booking becomes final once the payment indicated in the offer has been made.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer or with PayPal, using the link in the email containing our offer. Depending on the stay, a deposit or the full amount may be required: you will find it stated in the offer.

Where can I park?
For the accommodations in the historic centre, there is a large public car park a few dozen metres away, partly free with a parking disc (6 hours) and partly paid: with the special tickets we provide, it costs 2 euros per day.

Can I arrive by train?
Yes. If you arrive by train at Bordighera station, we will pick you up by car at no extra cost. La Quiete in Centro is also just a few steps from the station: convenient for arriving from Genoa, Ventimiglia, Menton and Nice and for getting around without a car.

How does arrival work?
On your arrival day, a member of our staff will welcome you, give you all the useful information and help you carry your luggage to the apartment.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 am. You can leave the keys inside the apartment, on the kitchen table, and dispose of your sorted waste at the nearby recycling point. A member of our staff will help you carry your luggage to your car and, if needed, take you to the station.

Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are washed by an industrial laundry according to hotel cleanliness standards. The apartments and their equipment are carefully cleaned and sanitised with antibacterial and antiviral products.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, all accommodations have free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.

Do the accommodations have air conditioning?
Insapria, Sui Tetti and La Quiete in Centro are air-conditioned.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the accommodations.

Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed in any of the accommodations.

Are the accommodations accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The accommodations are in buildings in the historic centre and have stairs: La Magnolia is reached by a few steps, Insapria is on three levels connected by internal stairs. Please contact us before booking so we can find the most suitable solution together.

Can I book a long stay?
Yes. La Quiete in Centro is also ideal for monthly stays, with special rates for stays of 28 nights or more. For the other accommodations, contact us for an offer.
